Our 3 weeks vacation.

We started off  by not destroying the front yard.
We left home and went to Redbluff and stayed the night.  We went  to Lassen National Park and the Sundial bridge. Both neat, tons of snow at Lassen.Went on to Bend and went to Newberry Crater and used Bob's old timers card.(national parks senior pass).  We then left and traveled to John Day. We have to get some refrigerator magnets for proof. We went to Yellowstone Park and we got to see the most beautiful grizzly and her 4 cubs. Bob got to see and take some some pictures from back of the  truck.  We were with a group of photographers and they were a blast.  Bob's new camera is an experience and a half for him.  We got a great dinner right out side the park.  We than continued on to Roosevelt National Park.Along the way we stopped at Pompey's Pillar,William Clark stopped there on his travels and carved his name in the rock That's right we used Bob's old timers card.  We had not been there before and it was fun.We went to see the most interesting and wonderful place called Mammoth Hot springs. It's a large Mammoth fossil site.  We saw Mount Rushmore and and it is beautiful. When we were there last, it did not have the visitors center. The center is great, a place for all to see. we continued our trip into South Dakota to see Karley, Regan and Preston.  Karley and Regan were still in Houston so we thru in a side trip to Deadwood to lose some coins then we met Derek, Stacy, Mackenzie, Kruze, and Preston. I was really impressed that Preston remembered Bob and myself.  It was great to see them all.  Karley, Regan, Preston, Bob and I went out for breakfast and continued on to Crystal Cave. Lots of stairs but very interesting. We stopped at Bear Country and saw a bunch of bears and wolves. We all kept hearing a noise in the truck and to find out that it has to go to the Dodge dealer because the rear end is not doing so well.
